Principal Medical Ltd is a ‘not for profit’ primary care organisation, run by health professionals committed to delivering high quality clinical care, innovation and cost effectiveness to commissioners.

We currently work in partnership with the local Primary Care Trust, general medical practices and NHS Trusts to help deliver effective patient pathways in primary care settings.

Our unique collaboration with local practices currently operates an Out of Hours medical workforce, an Equitable Access Centre offering GP services to registered and unregistered patients in Banbury, in-practice counselling, Case Management services in specific areas of Oxfordshire, and medical cover for Community Hospitals and Protected Learning Time sessions and Nursing Home training.

PML has a wide understanding of what GPs need to be able to meet the needs of their patients and so can offer and provide a unique perspective in the delivery of primary care.
